I joined the educational work in August 1972. It can be said that I am a workaholic. Working harder than building a house at home. So I joined the Chinese Communist Party two years later, on May 14, 1974.
I have been working in Luoju Junior High School since I started working From 1980 to 1983, he successively served as the teaching director, vice-principal and principal. Worked there for 11 years. Among them, he was rated as a model teacher in 1979 (only 5 in the county), and was rated as an excellent teacher in Baoji City in 1980.
1983-1985, I went to Shaanxi Institute of Education to study education management ., received a college diploma. Those two years were very important to me. Without the improvement in those two years, it can be said that my starting point is very low. Because I started working after graduating from high school.
From 1985 to 1990, I worked in Qishan Teachers Training School as a Teaching of pedagogy, psychology and management, training teachers and principals. In the past five years of teaching work, I have basically mastered the educational theories I have learned and mastered them thoroughly. In the past five years, I have also published dozens of articles in newspapers and periodicals. Among them, “Song of Chalk” and “Song of Blackboard” were published in the fifth and eleventh issues of “Shaanxi Education”. “The Song of Chalk” was also published in the “Zhongliu” magazine edited by Weiwei. The paper written “From the perspective of role theory to see the construction of teachers’ morality in the market economy” was successively awarded the first prize by Baoji City and Shaanxi Provincial Education Trade Union, and was awarded the second prize by Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. During this period, in 1993, I was rated as an excellent county management talent. This honor has been held for 16 years, and it was not terminated until his retirement in 2008.
1994-2002 I worked in Fanjiaying High School as the principal. After eight years of hard work, we have made a big change in a weak school, the quality of education has improved significantly, and we have enjoyed a certain reputation in counties and cities. The paper “Bao Xue and Baoji Education” was awarded the second prize by Baoji Education Society. In December 1998, the thesis “On the Internal Factors of Weak School Transformation” was awarded the first prize by both provinces and cities. In 2010, I devoted myself to writing and wrote a 300,000-word long historical novel “The Romance of the Duke of Zhou”, published by Sanqin Publishing House, received a great response.
In August 2011, several colleagues and I initiated the establishment of Qishan Week The Cultural Research Association was elected as the president and created the county’s workResearch the historical chapters of Zhou culture for the team, and then hold an academic seminar every year, and organize two issues of “Fengming Qishan” journal every year.

Among them, the Three Kings Volume and the Allusions Volume were compiled by me. This series of books is published by China Literature and History Publishing House, with prefaces written by Li Xueqin, chief expert of the Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties Project, and Chen Zongxing, former vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. After the release, the response was great.
In May 2015, I was selected as Baoji Emperor Yan and Zhou Qin Culture Vice President of Research Association.
In September 2015, I was elected as a researcher on Zhou Gong’s thought and culture of the Chinese Pre-Qin History Society Will be executive director.
