The “Notice” stipulates that the reporting unit should be a provincial-level child and adolescent myopia prevention and control base or guidance center, etc., and must have a complete organizational structure, clear work goals, and sound working mechanisms in terms of myopia prevention and control. , Stable investment in myopia prevention and control. At the same time, the applicant has strong professional and technical force, has innovative achievements and outstanding contributions in the field of myopia prevention and control, or has innovative measures in building a scientific system for comprehensive prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents, and the experience can be replicated and promoted nationwide. The applicant unit establishes a monitoring system in terms of factors related to myopia prevention and control, strictly controls the quality of myopia prevention and control services and the evaluation of the effect of prevention and control measures, and assists the local government to carry out the pilot counties (cities, districts) of myopia prevention and control in children and adolescents nationwide, and children nationwide.
