CCTV news: According to the Fujian Health and Health Commission, from 0 to 24:00 on August 5, Fujian Province reported 11 new imported confirmed cases (11 in Xiamen). On the same day, 3 newly imported asymptomatic infections were reported (2 in Fuzhou and 1 in Xiamen).
As of 24:00 on August 5, Fujian Province has reported a total of 1,674 confirmed cases imported from abroad, 125 of which are currently hospitalized, and no deaths; 37 cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad are still under medical observation in isolation.
From 0 to 24:00 on August 5, Fujian Province reported no new local confirmed cases. No new local asymptomatic infections were reported that day.
There are currently 11 local confirmed cases in the province and no deaths; 2 local asymptomatic infections are still under centralized isolation and medical observation.
