It is reported that the residents’ health literacy survey is mainly conducted by the medical staff of the community health service center (health center) where the jurisdiction is located, accompanied by the staff of the community (neighborhood committee), and is carried out in the form of a questionnaire. , the survey content will use the national unified “National Residents’ Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire”, which mainly includes three aspects: basic health knowledge and concepts, healthy lifestyle and behavior, and basic skills. The survey respondents must complete it independently to ensure authenticity. When the question is incomprehensible, the staff will dictate the question and options in dialect, but cannot give guidance or direction.
