Dai Jun told reporters that she returned to Hefei in 2019 and settled in Haichuang Center in May 2021. The Haichuang Center has a refined service platform for “returnees” entrepreneurs and business development needs, including investment and financing services, Talent services, industrial services, etc. “This is very helpful to our start-up enterprises. According to the introduction of Cai Hao, deputy general manager of Anhui Zhongan Chuanggu Science and Technology Park Co., Ltd., at present, the Haichuang Center has settled 29 high-tech industry projects for overseas students, more than 120 high-level overseas students, and more than 500 valid intellectual property rights. There are more than 100 projects to reserve overseas talents, initially showing the role of a platform carrier for gathering overseas talents to innovate and start businesses and serving the high-quality development of the region.
According to reports, the Haichuang Center project was included in the “Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan of Anhui Province” and was rated as one of the first 10 landmark construction achievements in the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone. At the same time, seven departments of Anhui jointly issued the “Several Opinions on Supporting the Construction of the Haichuang Center in the Yangtze River Delta of the European and American Students’ Association”, covering a total of 30 articles for supporting the construction of the Haichuang Center platform, supporting the construction of the talent team of the Haichuang Center, and supporting the development of the Haichuang Center’s settlement project. policy.
Cai Hao told reporters that in terms of building talent attraction channels, at present, Haichuang Center relies on three platforms (European and American Students Association, Qiaomengyuan, “Creating China” Anhui Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Overseas Division), and The United States, Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries have established overseas project recruitment channels, thus opening up the “3+N” overseas project and talent recruitment channels.
