The reporter learned from the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau that after the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei “3+N” alliance centralized procurement of coronary drug balloons landed, the average price dropped from 23,000 yuan per piece to 6,000 yuan per piece. The average drop was 72%; the average price of pacemakers dropped from 48,000 yuan/piece to 24,000 yuan/piece, with an average drop of 50% and a maximum drop of 79.9%. After the implementation of the centralized procurement results, it is expected to save more than 6.19 million yuan in one year.
In recent years, the incidence of coronary heart disease in my country has been increasing year by year, and it has become a key disease that threatens national health. Since 2021, high-value consumables such as coronary stents, coronary balloons, coronary drug balloons, and pacemakers have successively landed in Luzhou, reducing the burden on patients with heart disease in Luzhou.
