At the meeting, Wang Yongsheng, director of the Medical Department, informed the Shandong Cancer Center for Quality Control of the “2020 Inter-room Quality Evaluation Report of Key Links in Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment”, and analyzed the key problems existing in the hospital. Xu Xiangting, director of the Quality Control Office, informed the TNM staging examination of tumor patients in the hospital. The heads of each department shared their experience and put forward constructive opinions on the standardized diagnosis and treatment of tumors.

Meng Lijun made a concluding speech, requesting all departments to attach great importance to the staging evaluation of newly diagnosed tumor patients, carry out item-by-item rectification and implementation in combination with the inter-laboratory quality assessment report, and gradually improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment indicators of various tumors, especially the MDT rate of tumor patients. , clinical staging complete rate, comprehensive treatment plan formulation rate, radiation therapy standardization rate, antitumor drug treatment standardization rate, etc.

At the same time, he asked the heads of each department to earnestly study the “Notice on Printing and Distributing the Action Plan to Improve the Quality of Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment” issued by the National Health Commission, strictly implement the relevant requirements, and continuously improve the ability of standardized diagnosis and treatment of tumors.

In 2022, the hospital will formulate and improve the implementation plan for standardized diagnosis and treatment of tumors that is in line with the actual work, strictly manage outsourced drugs for tumors, and explore day-to-day chemotherapy for tumors, so as to provide patients with more standardized, efficient and convenient of medical services.
