Nucleic and risk reduction groups, normalized nucleic acid in two days, how does Beijing accurately and dynamically adjust prevention and control measures

China Youth Daily client, Beijing, July 24 (China Youth Daily, China Youth Daily reporter Hu Ning Liu Shixin) On July 22, a person infected with the new coronary pneumonia virus was found in Chaoyang District, Beijing. In addition to activating the 8-hour working mechanism for the first time, the Chaoyang District also made dynamic adjustments to the prevention and control measures based on the epidemiological investigation, virus traceability results and regional nucleic acid screening results.

Meng Rui, deputy head of Chaoyang District, said that this time, Chaoyang District initially identified clues to the source of the infection within 16 hours, and the 48-hour sequencing results supported it. According to the latest results of flow investigation and nucleic acid testing, Chaoyang District has accurately and dynamically adjusted its prevention and control measures.

The first is to accurately determine the scope of the risk population. Sequencing by the CDC shows that the infected person is likely to be infected due to contact with an imported cold chain food. Meng Rui said that Chaoyang District adjusted the starting time for the determination of case-related close, sub-close, and high-risk groups to July 19, and the relevant risk groups on and before July 18 were reduced.

Chaoyang District also dynamically adjusted its nucleic acid screening strategy. Meng Rui said that on July 22 and 23, for two consecutive days, the nucleic acid test results of Liulitun Street and the surrounding Maizidian Street, Hujialou Street, Tuanjiehu Street, and Dongfeng Township were all negative. From the 24th, the above five key towns and villages have been adjusted to normalized nucleic acid testing.

He mentioned that in the next step, Chaoyang District will also accurately adjust the high and medium risk areas based on the latest flow investigation and nucleic acid test results. Today, Liulitun Beili Community conducted the third nucleic acid test for all staff. The test results are pending. If the results of this round are all negative, the No. 6, No. 7, and No. 12-16 buildings in Liulitun Beili, Liulitun Street will be adjusted. The bottom business is a medium-risk area, and “people do not leave the area and take things at different peaks”. Building No. 10 in Liulitun Beili, Liulitun Sub-district and the bottom commercial area are high-risk areas, and implement “home-based, door-to-door service”.

Meng Rui said that Chaoyang District will further improve the scientificity and accuracy of epidemic prevention and control. According to the latest flow investigation and nucleic acid test results, the scope of risk personnel and the medium and high risk areas will be delineated according to the time and situation. Make dynamic adjustments.

Normalized nucleic acid detection supports Beijing’s continuous exploration of precise prevention and control. Xu Hejian, a spokesman for the Beijing Municipal Government, said that the source of the imported cases in Shunyi District and the social screening cases in Chaoyang is clear, with early detection, early control, and overall controllability. This result is due to “persistently doing normalized nucleic acid testing”. Xu Hejian said that the three recent outbreaks in Yanqing, Shunyi, and Chaoyang were discovered at the first time through normalized nucleic acid testing, and the control was in place at the first time, so as to achieve precise prevention and control.
