In order to fully implement the party’s educational policy, implement the fundamental task of morality and cultivating people, and improve the theoretical level and practical ability of teachers’ work optimization design. On April 2, Yebao School District of Qin’an County invited Ms. Fan Lina, a teaching and researcher of Tianjin Jinnan District Teacher Development Center, to give online guidance to the backbone teachers of the school district and to conduct on-site exchanges and answering questions. All staff of the Yebao School District Office and more than 50 key teachers of the primary school participated in the activity.
In the activity, Fan Lina gave an online training with the theme of “homework optimization design”, highlighting the characteristics of “thematic, practical, research” teaching and research activities. The participating teachers of the school district conducted an online interactive Q&A.
Through this activity, the participating teachers expressed that the content of this online lecture is highly operable and is of great help to improve the teaching level. Taking the lecture as an opportunity, it truly integrates the comprehensive consideration of teachers’ teaching, students’ learning, homework to detect targets, and targeted knowledge counseling after class, so as to realize the whole process of targeted teaching. In the future, we will plan carefully, refine measures, and conscientiously implement the “double reduction” work with the attitude of achieving ourselves, students, and schools.
