On the afternoon of March 15, the People’s Hospital of Xuecheng District held the 2022 Chronic Disease Management Kick-off Meeting in the conference room on the third floor of the office building. Yang Ting, president of Xuecheng District People’s Hospital, Cao Jiyun, assistant to the president, and other relevant personnel attended.
At the meeting, Yang Ting pointed out that Xuecheng District People’s Hospital, as one of only 5 hospitals in the country, has won chronic disease in counties in China. The management center construction project is also the key project of the hospital’s report to the district committee of “four struggles and one creation”. He emphasized that the hospital’s chronic disease management tasks this year include the construction of the second phase of the national intelligent chronic disease demonstration area and the construction of China’s county-level chronic disease management center, both of which will be accepted at the end of October. It is necessary to mobilize all staff, take it seriously, and ensure the successful completion of the task under the guidance of the Chronic Disease Management Office.
At the meeting, Cao Jiyun led the participants to learn the chronic disease management plan again, and Sun Xiujuan, deputy director of the Health Management Center, led the study of chronic disease management methods and procedures.
