According to the Beijing News, after the incident, Ms. Hao, a fellow tourist, told the media what happened when she was interviewed by the media. Ms. Hao said that at that time, the tour guide asked each passenger to buy a box of health care products of 100 yuan, of which 17 yuan was a tip for the driver. An old man refused to buy and wanted to pay a tip of 20 yuan directly, and was reprimanded by the tour guide. Ms. Hao also said that the tourists in the tour group had already bought some goods.
