The construction of county-level medical centers is an important task to promote the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and improve the service capabilities of county-level hospitals. Since 2021, Wushan County People’s Hospital has carried out a comprehensive transformation of the hospital’s inspection center, pathology center, ECG center, medical imaging center, and consumption and supply center in accordance with the construction standards of “county-level regional medical centers”.
In order to effectively improve the service capabilities of medical institutions at all levels in the county, the hospital renewed the “Medical Community Agreement”, “Two-way Referral Agreement” and “Electrocardiography, Pathology, Inspection, “Imaging, Consumption and Supply” Five Regional Medical Centers Interconnection Cooperation Agreement. As of the end of 2021, the hospital inspection center has completed the delivery of test specimens from 16 member units and the online transmission of test result reports; the ECG center has completed the network transmission and report sending of ECGs from 6 member units including Mali Town Central Health Center. ; The pathology center has completed the pathological detection and diagnosis of specimens in 13 member units including the county traditional Chinese medicine hospital and the county gynecological center; the imaging center has completed the PACS image transmission connection of 13 member units, and opened the DR image transmission and report network sending; The center signed a service agreement on cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment and linen washing with 12 member units including the county traditional Chinese medicine hospital. In 2021, each member unit completed 3,431 ECG consultations, 3,844 pathology consultations, 285 imaging consultations, and 620 inspection consultations through remote consultation.
