Young people generally stay up late

The World Health Organization points out that the best sleep time should be around 10:30 to 11:00 pm. If you haven’t slept beyond this point, it is considered to be staying up late.

The survey showed that the proportion of staying up late reached 48.15%, and 42.83% of the respondents went to bed between 10-11 pm.

In terms of age, young people have a serious problem of staying up late. The survey shows that among the people who fall asleep after 12 o’clock in the evening, the 18-24 age group accounts for 41.51%, which is much higher than other age groups.

Women are more troubled by insomnia than men

The survey shows that sleep disorders, frequent insomnia , 35.93% of the respondents had many dreams and were easily awake, 49.56% of the respondents said that insomnia only occurred occasionally, and 14.51% said that insomnia almost never occurred.

From the ratio of males to females, 39.44% of females had sleep disorders, slightly higher than 32.25% of males.

Family and life reasons are the top factors affecting sleep

The survey shows that the reasons for insomnia The primary factors come from family and life, reaching 38.94%, work reasons reaching 31.86%, and other reasons reaching 25.84%. Among other reasons, the use of mobile phones has become an important reason for affecting sleep, and some respondents do not know what causes insomnia.

The causes of insomnia differ slightly between men and women by gender. According to the data, the proportion of women’s insomnia caused by family and life factors is higher than that of men, and the proportion of men’s insomnia caused by work is higher than that of women.
