Li Shenglu introduced that renal tuberculosis is mostly secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis, and the patient has experienced coughing and sputum many times, but no other obvious symptoms. During this period, part of Mycobacterium tuberculosis reaches the kidneys through blood and other channels, and attacks when the patient’s immunity is weakened, eventually leading to the onset of renal tuberculosis. Renal tuberculosis is very common in urinary system tuberculosis, and it often occurs in young and middle-aged people aged 20-40. In the past two years, the Hunan Provincial Chest Hospital has treated more than 400 patients with renal tuberculosis.
