Within 3 days from today, Shanghai will carry out a free nucleic acid test for people in non-key areas

At the press conference on the city’s epidemic prevention and control work held this morning (March 18), the Municipal Health and Health Commission informed: Yesterday (March 17), Shanghai added 57 new cases of new crowns Local confirmed cases of pneumonia and 203 local asymptomatic infections. Of the 57 confirmed cases, 2 were found in centralized isolation and control, and 55 were found in nucleic acid screening of relevant risk groups. Among the 203 asymptomatic infections, 103 were found in centralized isolation and control, and the rest were found by screening of relevant risk groups. All of them have been closed-loop transferred to the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center for isolation treatment or isolation medical observation. The current situation is stable.

57 of the newly confirmed local cases were consulted by a municipal expert group, comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and imaging The results of medical examinations, etc., were all diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (mild). Among the above 57 people, 47 people have been vaccinated against the new coronary pneumonia virus, 1 person has received 1 dose, and 9 people have not been vaccinated.

203 asymptomatic infected persons were found to have abnormal nucleic acid test results during centralized isolation control or screening of risk groups, and were reviewed by the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention Positive for the new coronavirus nucleic acid test. After consultation with the municipal expert group, and comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and imaging examination results, 203 people were diagnosed as asymptomatic infection of new coronary pneumonia. Among the above-mentioned asymptomatic infections, 170 people have been vaccinated against the new coronary pneumonia virus, 6 people have received one dose, and 27 people have not been vaccinated.

As of 9:00 on March 18: A total of 17,875 close contacts in Shanghai have been investigated for this epidemic, all of which have been put under control. Among them, 16,226 nucleic acid test results were negative, and the rest are being tested.

A total of 49,140 people in close contact in Shanghai have been investigated, all of which have been put under control, of which 47,755 people have negative nucleic acid test results, and the rest are being tested .

Based on epidemiological and risk assessments, we screened people in multiple regions, in addition to reported confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections , the results have been negative so far.

The trajectories of the above personnel are:

local Confirmed cases, residences of asymptomatic infected persons and the following places:

Pudong New Area: No. 58 Aidu Road, Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Jinke Lane 2889, Lane 2889, Changtai Plaza, B1, Chenxianggui Lanzhou Beef Noodles

Huangpu District: Yongnian Vegetable Market, No. 74 Yongnian Road, Dapuqiao Street

Jing’an District: No. 718, Lingshi Road, Pengpu Town

Xuhui District: Tongce Haofang, No. 295, Wanping South Road, Fenglin Street, Morning Hill Breakfast Restaurant, No. 456, Xiaomuqiao Road, Xietu Road Street

Putuo District: Mr. Cai Tangbao Restaurant (Gaoling Road Store), No. 1 Gaoling Road, Zhenru Town Street

Baoshan District: Xinhu Road, Dachang Town No. 433, No. 679 Taihe Road, Wusong Street

Jiading District: No. 898, Boyuan Road, Jiangqiao Town.

Relevant disinfection and control measures have been strictly implemented for the above-mentioned places.

According to the relevant requirements of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and the confirmed cases announced today, the Municipal Leading Group for the Prevention and Control of the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic The office has decided to list No. 20, Lane 612, Shunchang Road, Dapuqiao Street, Huangpu District, as a medium-risk area from now on, and relevant areas have implemented control measures. The risk levels of other areas in Shanghai remain unchanged.

Two days ago, we carried out diced and gridded nucleic acid screening in key areas of the city. The number of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections released today is relatively large, most of which were found in this key regional screening, indicating that our screening is very timely, necessary and urgent. Within three days from today to the 20th, we will conduct a free nucleic acid test in time and batches for people in non-key areas, taking the streets and towns as units. Persons who have had a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 3 days (18th-20th), are in high-risk positions under closed-loop management, and have a routine encrypted nucleic acid screening mechanism are not included. I would like to explain that screening in non-key areas does not require control, and I hope everyone will cooperate with the work of the community.

In addition to the above screening for people in non-key areas, we will also conduct risk assessment based on the results of nucleic acid screening in key areas. Streets and towns with different risk levels take differentiated nucleic acid screening and prevention and control measures to detect hidden infections in a timely manner and to achieve dynamic social clearance as soon as possible.

At present, the epidemic situation in Shanghai is still severe and complicated. Starting today, some streets and towns in the key areas of the city’s grid-based nucleic acid screening and those with negative nucleic acid test results for two consecutive days will be released from control, and screening in non-key areas is not required to be controlled. When going out, those who meet the conditions are encouraged to work from home, and those who go out to work should be “two points and one line” between the place of residence and the place of work, and take personal protection. Generally speaking, I hope that everyone will be less mobile and calm down.
