Fourth, adverse reactions. This section lists all adverse reactions to the drug, their severity and frequency, and the management of adverse reactions. Most of the adverse reactions will be relieved by themselves or after the drug is discontinued, and a few need to seek medical treatment in time.
5. Taboos. This section lists the population or diseases for which the drug is prohibited. Prohibited refers to the absolute prohibition of use, usually referring to certain disease groups, such as patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, etc.
6. Precautions. This section gives the issues that must be paid attention to when using the drug, including the factors that need to be used with caution, the factors that affect the efficacy of the drug, the circumstances that need to be observed during the medication process, the impact of medication on clinical tests, and the newly discovered safety information after listing, etc. . Use with caution refers to use with caution when there is no other alternative medicine, and follow the doctor’s advice for specific circumstances.
7. Special groups. Usually refers to the use of the drug by pregnant and lactating women, children, and elderly patients. Most of the drugs lack drug safety test data for pregnant and lactating women and children, so it is recommended to use special drugs for these groups.
