In order to enhance the legal awareness and legal concept of the physician team, standardize the practice behavior of physicians, strengthen the construction of the physician team, and ensure the safety of patients, on the afternoon of February 16, our hospital held a training on medical laws and regulations in 2022, inviting Weifang Municipal Health Commission Sun Zhonglei, chief of the third department of supervision of the comprehensive health law enforcement detachment, gave a special lecture on the new “Physician Law”. Zhang Yong, member of the party committee and vice president, presided over the meeting. Relevant personnel from the clinical and medical technology departments of the hospital participated.
Senior Sun Zhonglei explained the new “Physician Law” one by one in combination with the actual clinical diagnosis and treatment, and discussed “standardizing the practice of physicians” Highlights of the new “Physicians’ Law” such as behaviors, ensuring the quality and safety of diagnosis and treatment”, “giving physicians more autonomy in diagnosis and treatment under the guidance of evidence-based medicine”, and “protecting patients’ privacy and personal information” were highlighted. In the lecture, Section Chief Sun Zhonglei used cases to explain and popularize the law, and analyzed the profound things in simple language, which has a strong guiding significance for ensuring the medical safety of the hospital and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
Comrade Zhang Yong emphasized in the chair that practicing according to the law is the bottom line and red line of every medical staff. Strengthen legal awareness in daily medical activities, standardize medical behavior, strictly implement the relevant provisions of the new “Physician Law”, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of themselves and patients, and continuously improve the quality of medical and health services.
