Items in the express delivery industry are all sterilized on the outer packaging, and virus contamination may be in the innermost layer, and the commonly used chemical disinfectant disinfection method has not penetrated into the innermost layer.
Disinfection Precautions
At present, for express items in my country, the outer packaging surface is fully covered and disinfected one by one as soon as possible. However, the disinfection of the internal items of the shipment requires scientific processing by the recipient:

Take a non-contact way to pick up the package, take good protection, masks and gloves are essential. Leave the package unopened for a while.

After getting the shipment, you can spray or wipe the surface with disinfectant to do a full-scale disinfection. Each side must be completely wet, and a thin layer of water mist can be seen on the surface, and disinfection is in place. Disinfection with just a few sprays is ineffective. At the same time, unpacking tools such as scissors and transfer tools also need to be sterilized. Commercially available sanitizers: Commonly used chlorine-containing disinfectants or medical alcohol are effective against the new coronavirus.

Unpacking should be done at a specially set centralized disassembly point or in a well-ventilated outdoor environment. Wear a mask and preferably gloves when unpacking. If gloves are not available, hand sanitizer should be used after handling.

If there are one or more layers of items in the packaging bag, it can also be sterilized layer by layer.

After touching the items, use hand sanitizer for hand sanitization or wash hands with running water according to the six-step method, and avoid touching with uncleaned hands Mouth, eyes, nose.
