Tibet Autonomous Region Health Commission launches 2021 performance appraisal of maternal and child health care institutions

In order to do a good job in the collection of performance appraisal data for maternal and child health care institutions in 2021, the Tibet Autonomous Region Health and Health Commission recently held a performance appraisal training meeting for maternal and child health care institutions in the region in the form of video. Standardize the performance evaluation of maternal and child health care institutions, promote the high-quality management and sustainable and healthy development of maternal and child health care institutions, and improve the level of maternal and child health services.

At the training meeting, the Health and Health Commission of the Tibet Autonomous Region reported on the performance appraisal of the region’s maternal and child health projects and maternal and child health care institutions in 2020, analyzed the common problems in performance appraisal, and put forward targeted rectification suggestions. At the same time, it also requires health administrative departments at all levels and maternal and child health care institutions to attach great importance to problems and needs, to find out the gaps in hospital management and medical services of their own units, and to strengthen organizational implementation, responsibility implementation, personnel training and quality. Control to ensure that all work is completed with high quality within the specified time.
