The center will be converted into an emergency treatment center to provide high-standard medical services to surrounding residents.

The Winter Olympics Medical Security Center has a total of 7 It has a floor area of ​​12,000 square meters and is equipped with emergency areas, surgical clinics, cardiac intervention rooms, inpatient wards, and operating rooms. The center is also equipped with more than 1,000 pieces of advanced equipment such as X-ray computed tomography imaging systems, magnetic resonance imaging systems, operating beds, pendant towers, and ventilators. During the 54 days of guaranteeing the Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics, the center has undertaken more than 28,000 person-time guarantee tasks. The workload is heavy and the task is arduous, ensuring zero mortality, zero disability rate, zero surgical complications, and zero misdiagnosis. The missed diagnosis rate and zero infection rate have been highly praised by Chinese and foreign athletes.

After the security work is over, the center will be transformed into an emergency treatment center according to the overall deployment of the hospital, and the emergency department, heart center, and trauma center will be relocated here. Through the centralized setting of the consultation room, first aid room, pharmacy, charging, inspection, imaging and other departments, the integrated management of emergency patient visits, rescue, observation and hospitalization is realized, so that patients can receive “one-stop” timely treatment.
