At the same time, with the advancement of the reform of the national notary system, it is necessary to adjust and fix some good experiences and practices accumulated in the notary work of the autonomous region through local regulations. Therefore, in order to maintain the unity of the socialist legal system, ensure that notary institutions and notaries practice lawfully, and promote the high-quality development of notarization work in the region, the Judicial Department of the Autonomous Region actively promotes the revision of the “Notarization Regulations of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region”.
