People’s Daily Online, Nanping, July 20 (Wu Zhou, Jiao Yan) On July 20, the 2nd China White Tea Conference co-organized by China Tea Circulation Association, Fujian Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative Association, and Nanping Municipal People’s Government was held at Political and opening. With the theme of “Three Tea Coordination, Brand Revitalization, Political and White Tea World Sharing”, the conference aims to promote the trade circulation of white tea industry, enhance industry exchanges and mutual trust, and build a new pattern of white tea production and sales economic and trade cooperation. Representatives of many industry organizations, well-known experts and scholars, business representatives, and media representatives gathered together to seek the development of Chinese white tea and draw a new blueprint for the white tea industry.

The list of “2022 White Tea Industry Coordinated Development Pioneering Counties”, “2022 White Tea Industry Leading Brand” and “2022 Tea Culture and Tourism Integrated Development Demonstration Zone” were announced at the event site. In order to realize industrial revival and promote the construction of a new model of tea space, the China Tea Circulation Association specially launched a survey on the characteristic tea space of “Rejuvenation of Tea Houses” to recommend outstanding enterprises.

In 2021, in order to tap and enhance the advantages of Zhenghe white tea resources and effectively realize the high-quality development of Zhenghe white tea, the Zhenghe County People’s Government and the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives Hangzhou Tea Research Institute signed a Zhenghe County tea quality and safety research project. The project results were officially released at this conference. In addition, in order to accumulate the scientific and technological momentum of the Zhenghe white tea industry, the Zhenghe County People’s Government invited experts and scholars in the industry to form the Zhenghe White Tea Science and Technology Research Institute, and held an inauguration ceremony at the opening ceremony.
