According to the plan, by 2022, strive to realize the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine halls in all community health service centers and township health centers; by 2025, focus on prefecture-level and municipal-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to build about 130 key hospitals with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics; for key groups of people and serious diseases , formulate and promote 20 traditional Chinese medicine intervention programs for the treatment of pre-diseases; build about 35 national traditional Chinese medicine epidemic prevention and control bases, and improve the ability of traditional Chinese medicine emergency services.
