Expert consensus on standardized use of antispasmodic and analgesic drugs for acute abdominal pain in Chinese adults
< p>
Acute abdominal pain (AAP) is a common clinical symptom in the emergency department, which refers to abdominal pain caused by non-traumatic factors and lasts no more than 5 days. Antispasmodic drugs refer to drugs that can relieve the spasm of intestinal wall or bladder smooth muscle, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain in patients with acute abdominal pain, and have good safety and tolerance. The publication of “Expert Consensus on Standardized Use of Antispasmodic and Analgesic Drugs for Acute Abdominal Pain in Adults in China” has important guiding significance for improving the level of diagnosis and treatment of acute abdominal pain in my country.

Expert consensus on clinical application of artificial liver blood purification technology (2022 edition) p>
The role of artificial liver blood purification technology in the treatment of liver failure has been affirmed, and its clinical application in other diseases has also been expanded. This technology has been carried out in many provinces and cities in my country for decades, covering a wide range. However, in each region, the timing of treatment, the choice of treatment mode, the establishment of vascular access, the use of anticoagulants, the treatment of common machine alarms, and the process of treatment are different. Management and even the layout of artificial liver treatment rooms still have many differences in terms of practical operation. This consensus aims to highlight the key points of the operation and application of artificial liver blood purification technology, and emphasize the standardization and clinical practicability, thereby helping to further standardize the clinical application of artificial liver blood purification technology application.

Expert consensus on emergency diagnosis and treatment of bacterial liver abscess
Liver abscess (LA) is a focal and purulent lesion in the liver caused by pathogenic bacteria invading the liver through the biliary tract, hepatic artery, portal vein, direct spread, etc. One of the infectious diseases of the digestive system. Common pathogens of LA include bacteria, fungi, and amoeba, among which bacterial liver abscess (PLA) is the most common, accounting for 80% of the incidence of liver abscess. The main clinical manifestations of PLA are fever, abdominal pain, increased white blood cells and C-reactive protein and other inflammatory indicators. However, some patients have no obvious abdominal symptoms and signs, and the physical examination lacks specificity, which may easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. This consensus aims to formulate by reviewing clinical studies and guidelines related to bacterial liver abscess, integrating expert opinions, and combining the specific conditions of emergency diagnosis and treatment.

Chinese expert consensus on immunotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma (2021 edition)
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in my country. Most patients are in the middle and late stages when they are first diagnosed, and systemic therapy is the main treatment method. In recent years, immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have made breakthroughs in the systemic treatment of advanced HCC, breaking the monotherapy pattern of molecularly targeted drugs. In order to better guide the clinical application of immunotherapy drugs in a rational, effective and safe manner, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association Liver Cancer Special Committee organized experts in related fields, based on clinical research and clinical drug experience, after many discussions and revisions, the following consensus has been reached on HCC immunotherapy , for reference by domestic counterparts.
