1. Misjudgment review conditions in the closed control area

1. Persons with spillovers within 14 days before the date of the closure and control area announcement must have 3 or more negative nucleic acid test reports, with an interval of more than 24 hours (3 tests in 5 days), and pass the review;

2. Those who have not been to the closed area within 14 days before the announcement of the closed area will decide whether to pass the audit based on the submitted self-certification and local community and street certification materials.

Second, the conditions for misjudgment review in the control area

1. Persons who have spilled within 14 days before the announcement of the control area must have two negative nucleic acid test reports (two tests in three days) with an interval of more than 24 hours, and pass the review;

2. Those who have not been in the control area within 14 days before the announcement of the control area will decide whether to pass the audit after a comprehensive judgment based on the submitted self-certification and local community and street certification materials.

Three. Potential association (potentially associated personnel of positive infected persons) misjudgment review conditions

1. Verify except for those in close contact, sub-close contact, and medium and high risk areas (the system has been filtered) Other potential related persons who have 2 negative nucleic acid test reports within 14 days from the day they entered our province (or flow within the province), or have 1 negative nucleic acid test report after the 15th day, pass the review.

4. Review conditions for misjudgment in key areas (persons at high and medium risk areas) for misjudgment

1. From the date when it is judged that it has entered our province (or flows across cities in the province) , and have not been to the county and city where the medium and high risk areas are located in the past 14 days, according to the submitted self-certification and local community and street certification materials, in principle, no nucleic acid report is required, and the review is passed;

2. From the date of entering our province (or moving across cities in the province), and have only been to low-risk areas in the city where the medium-high-risk areas are located in the past 14 days, one of the following four situations, holding two nucleic acid tests with an interval of more than 24 hours Negative reports can be reviewed:

(1) Have been to other low-risk areas in the county where the medium and high risks are located;

(2) Have been to the counties where the city does not have medium and high risks

(3) Only drive through the counties and districts where the medium and high risks are located;

(4) Other verification does not belong to the relevant personnel in the key areas.
