Silly and lazy “kind-hearted people” are the most lethal!

We all wish there were more good-hearted people in the world. But if you meet stupid and lazy “kind people”, it’s a disaster.

For example, there is a class of “good-hearted people” who love to release animals.

I have no problem with the release of life, and I agree with the Buddhist concept of equality and respect for life. I still remember the little Tang monk in Journey to the West who released the carp.

However, there are two basic requirements for the release. The first is to ensure the safety of the released animals, and the second is to ensure that the surrounding creatures (including people) are not affected.

But now in some places, “release” has been turned into a marketing industry, which has completely changed the taste!

Someone went to a village and released thousands of snakes, making the villagers uneasy. Some people went to the temple pond to release a large number of Brazilian turtles, eating all the fish and shrimp.

These people want to “accumulate virtue” but are actually “ecological butchers.” They release one animal, but it will bring the death of N animals.

This is the “good-hearted person” who is stupid and lazy.

Calling them “stupid” is because they have no knowledge of ecology, do not know what is ecological balance, what is alien species, and do not know that their actions will bring more creatures huge disaster.

The reason they are said to be “lazy” is because they are unwilling to do complicated things, and even the accumulated virtues want to be “simple and quick”. Therefore, buying some animals and finding a place with a good view to release them has become the favorite shortcut for these people.

Besides patients, especially cancer patients, there are often silly and lazy “good-hearted people”. Their characteristic is that they especially like to forward all kinds of information and all kinds of messy news to patients and their families!

The following Ms. Wang is a typical example.

Once some people hear that their friends are sick, these people will forward any article with the word “cancer” that they see on the Internet, a few times a day, even ten a few. Most of the time, he just read a topic and turned it directly.

They feel very good about themselves: “I can help you find some more information, you must be grateful!”

It’s really stupid and lazy.

They are stupid and don’t knowwrong information is more harmful than no information at all.

Some time ago, a reader complained to me: “Pineapple, since my father got sick, many people have forwarded various messages to me every day, don’t read it, for fear of missing something, Look, in fact, 99% of them are headliners, just a waste of time.”

The most precious thing for patients and their families is time, and the most feared thing is to be misled. From the beginning of the diagnosis, the patient’s family has obtained massive information from various channels, and has been in a state of information overload for a long time, spending a lot of time every day to distinguish and digest. At this time, there will be more unverified spam information, only harm and no good.

Every piece of spam means a waste of precious time and energy, ranging from delaying treatment, or directly pushing the patient to the arms of various “magic doctors” liars.

Some people want to be nice, but don’t want to take the time to verify the accuracy of information. They are neither willing to spend time to learn knowledge and improve judgment, nor to ask professional friends before forwarding.

When you move your thumb, you get the pleasure of helping people. How convenient. In this regard, it is exactly the same as the Liberation Party that spends some money and feels that it accumulates good fortune.

(three)

Why is the headline party more and more rampant, and more and more pseudo-scientific articles? The root cause is that there are too many stupid and lazy people!

They retweeted the topic when they saw it. In the circle of friends, in the family group, in the work group, in the community group, for fear that others will miss the “good article”.

This brings huge traffic and financial benefits to various marketing accounts.

If you read articles on the Internet, you may think that all cancers have been conquered, because there are “revolutionary breakthroughs!” “Cure cancer!” “100% effective” and so on. As long as the words are not amazing, it is really easy to create a pseudoscientific article with 100,000+.

1% of really valuable articles are deeply submerged in 99% of the information cesspools.

We are forced to “gold in the cesspool” every day: if you’re lucky enough to find something of value, most of the time it’s just a mess.

There is no harm without buying and selling, and no misleading without mindless retweets.

If you also hate pseudoscience and liars, please do more homework before forwarding information, either by checking it yourself or asking experts. If you’re not sure, don’t retweet anywhere!

May we have more and more diligent, studious and responsible people around us.
