According to the policy, eligible disabled persons and the elderly can enjoy 60% of the government subsidy, with a maximum subsidy of 1,200 yuan per person per year.
Qinhuangdao Civil Affairs Bureau IV Zhang Yanmei, a senior researcher, said that last year, Qinhuangdao City rented more than 2,600 rehabilitation aids and provided rental subsidies for 1,741 people.
