1. The return to Ningxia will be temporarily suspended in the near future. Since the date of the announcement, all personnel from Xining City who are visiting relatives, traveling, vacationing, and working abroad, please refrain from returning to Ningxia for the time being. The general public in the city is requested to inform those who are still out of town and have not returned to Ningxia and relatives and friends who plan to return to Ningxia in the near future to cancel their plans to return to Ningxia immediately. If you really need to come back, please take the initiative to report to the local community (village group) in advance, and consciously cooperate with nucleic acid testing, health monitoring and other control measures. For example, people from medium and high-risk areas who have returned to Ningxia must undergo 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 7 days of home health monitoring, and conduct nucleic acid testing as required. Persons with “*” in the itinerary code must perform voluntary home isolation or centralized isolation for 3 days of medical observation, and do not go out, visit relatives and friends, or go to crowd gathering places. All people who come to Ningxia from outside the province and return to Ningxia must have the “two codes”, hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and complete a landing nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Qingdao.
2. Do not travel to affected areas. The general public is requested to pay close attention to the dynamic changes in the domestic medium and high risk areas where the epidemic occurs, and refrain from traveling to medium and high risk areas. Citizens who have been abroad strictly abide by the local epidemic prevention and control regulations, minimize movement, do not travel to medium and high-risk areas, take the initiative to vaccinate against the new crown, and consciously cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures according to the relevant requirements of the location.
Third, maintain a healthy lifestyle. The general public is requested to maintain good living habits such as “wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, gathering less, one-meter noodles, and using public chopsticks” and a clean, tidy and hygienic home environment. When entering and leaving markets, supermarkets, transportation stations, hotels, hotels and other public places, you must wear a mask throughout the process, take the initiative to accept code verification and temperature measurement, avoid contact with public items, and avoid touching your mouth, nose, eyes and other parts with your hands.
