Any organization or individual shall not disturb the normal medical order, threaten or endanger the personal safety of medical staff, or violate the personal dignity of medical staff. If it constitutes a crime, it will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
Personnel entering the hospital shall take the initiative to accept and cooperate with the safety inspection; those who are unsuitable for equipment safety inspection due to physical or other special reasons shall undergo manual inspection. Manual inspection should protect the privacy of the inspected person. Manual inspection of female personnel shall be conducted by female safety inspectors.
If high-risk patients are found, such as those who threaten violence, repeatedly visit the hospital unreasonably, intoxicated and drugged, or patients with severe mental disorders who are at risk of causing accidents, the hospital will Remind medical personnel in a timely manner, and arrange security personnel to accompany the consultation, report to the public security organ if necessary, and educate the parties about the legal system and warn the consequences of their behavior.
