March 21 is the 22nd World Sleep Day. The Sleep Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and OPPO Health released the “2021 Urban Migrant Workers Sleep Report” (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”), based on valid questionnaires Data and OPPO big data analysis reveal the sleep health status of office workers in multiple dimensions, and give scientific suggestions for improving sleep.
In the fast-paced life of the city, it is very necessary to know your sleep status at any time. Sleep health is also one of the key directions of the OPPO Health Lab. In early 2021, after the official establishment of the Health Lab, OPPO began to promote the self-research of health-related algorithms such as heart rate, ECG, and snoring detection. The underlying innovative technologies with data science and biomedicine as the core provide rich and long-term health services for the majority of OPPO users in areas such as sleep health. At present, OPPO smart wearable devices have implemented comprehensive sleep monitoring functions, including real-time sleep blood oxygen monitoring per second, sleep heart rate analysis, and sleep state monitoring such as deep sleep, light sleep, and wakefulness.
In addition, OPPO Health has also developed a “snoring detection” function for snoring people, which helps users assess the risk of sleep apnea through a self-developed algorithm model.
In the future, OPPO will continue to increase investment in research and development in the field of health, and continue to help users better manage their daily sleep through more mature self-developed algorithms, functional innovations and product iterations.
