Up to now, the Xing’an League Legal Aid Agency has accepted 52 cases involving wage demands and rights protection of employees in difficulty and migrant workers, with 165 recipients and a case amount of more than 5.3 million yuan. Adhere to the satisfaction of the masses as an important indicator to test the results of the large-scale discussion activities, further improve the evaluation mechanism for legal aid reception services, take measures to print and distribute the “Legal Aid Reception Service Evaluation Form”, and require the staff and duty lawyers of legal aid agencies across the league to accept . In the process of reviewing assistance matters, actively accept the evaluation and supervision of the visiting parties. Up to now, the All-League Legal Aid Agency has issued a total of 130 service evaluation forms and provided nearly 500 free consultation services.

Comprehensively provide free legal consultation, proxy and litigation agency and other legal aid services, fully stimulate workers’ awareness of rights protection, and comprehensively expand the social influence and public awareness of legal aid. Up to now, the Xinggan League Legal Aid Agency has visited 19 enterprises, factories and individual industrial and commercial households, and has provided more than 300 people-times to publicize the law and provide other legal services.

Strict the relevant provisions of the “Legal Aid Law”, relax the standard of economic hardship according to the law, scientifically lower the threshold of legal aid, and comprehensively expand the scope of aid items, so that groups such as employees of enterprises involved in economic difficulties and migrant workers can enter at “zero cost” or “low cost”.
