People’s Daily Online, Shenyang, March 28th. At 0-24 o’clock on March 27, Liaoning Province added 12 new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia, of which Shenyang City reported 5 cases, Anshan City reported 2 cases (including 1 case from asymptomatic infection to confirmed case), Yingkou City reported 1 case, and Huludao City reported 4 cases; 114 new local asymptomatic infections, including Shenyang City reported 65 cases, Dalian City reported 8 cases, Jinzhou City reported 2 cases, Yingkou City reported 38 cases, and Liaoyang City reported 1 case; 2 new cases of imported asymptomatic infections were reported in Dalian City. 17 confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia and 8 local asymptomatic infections were cured and discharged; 2 confirmed cases of imported new coronary pneumonia and 8 imported asymptomatic infections were cured and discharged.
As of 24:00 on March 27, a total of 1,556 confirmed cases (including 207 imported from abroad) have been reported across the province, 1,065 have been cured and discharged, 2 have died, and 489 have been treated in the hospital (475 local, 14 cases imported from abroad). At present, there are still 1,471 cases of asymptomatic infection (1,398 domestic cases and 73 imported cases) in designated hospitals for observation and treatment.
