Recently, there are many local epidemic sites in China Local epidemics have occurred in many cities and cities in the province one after another, and the prevention and control situation is severe and complicated. In order to effectively do a good job in our state’s “foreign import prevention” work, we will continue to consolidate the hard-won results of epidemic prevention and control. The relevant matters concerning the investigation and management of personnel entering (returning) Chu from epidemic-related areas are hereby notified as follows:
1. All health codes and itinerary cards are abnormal or have * and have a history of living in local epidemic areas within 14 days. The staff suggested to postpone entering (returning) to Chu. All personnel entering (returning) Chu must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, register the “Yunnan Health Code” and “Communication Big Data Itinerary Card”, and actively cooperate with scanning the code and health management.
2. For those who come from high-risk areas within 14 days or whose health code is “red code”, centralized isolation for medical observation for 14 days will be carried out on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th, and 14th days of the isolation period. 5 nucleic acid tests, the last nucleic acid test should be “double sampling and double testing”, and the isolation can be released only after the nucleic acid tests of people, objects, and environments are all negative.
3. For those who have come from medium-risk areas within 14 days or whose health code is “yellow code”, centralized isolation for medical observation for 7 days, home health monitoring for 7 days, and 3 nucleic acid tests during the centralized isolation medical observation period (Days 1, 3, and 7), 2 nucleic acid tests are conducted during home health monitoring (days 1 and 7), and the last nucleic acid test should be “double sampling and double inspection”, and the nucleic acid tests for people, objects, and environments are all negative. Centralized isolation medical observation can be lifted. If there are no conditions for home health monitoring, the territory will take effective control and preventive measures to reduce the risk of local transmission and spread caused by imported cases outside the province.
Fourth, for those who came from areas with high epidemics within 14 days, they will be quarantined for 7 days for medical observation, home health monitoring for 7 days, and conduct 3 nucleic acid tests during the period of centralized quarantine medical observation (days 1, 3, and 7). ), conduct 2 nucleic acid tests (days 1 and 7) during the home health monitoring period, and the final nucleic acid test should be “double sampling and double testing”, and the centralized isolation medical observation can be lifted only after the nucleic acid tests of people, objects and environments are all negative. If there are no conditions for home health monitoring, the territory will take effective control and preventive measures to reduce the risk of local transmission and spread caused by imported cases outside the province.
V. For those with travel cassettes*, home health monitoring will be carried out for 7 days, and nucleic acid testing will be carried out twice during the home health monitoring period (days 1 and 7). Do not go out during the home health monitoring period, and report symptoms to the community in a timely manner. If there are no conditions for home health monitoring, the territory will take effective control and preventive measures to reduce the risk of local transmission and spread caused by imported cases outside the province.
Six. For those who have entered (returned) Chu from provinces and regions with local epidemics within 14 days, and those who have received a text message informing about the risk of the epidemic, the nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours must be checked. After arriving in Chu Carry out another nucleic acid test within 24 hours, and do a 7-day self-health monitoring.
7. Public places such as medical institutions at all levels, schools, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers markets, wholesale markets, restaurants, theaters, tourist attractions, pharmacies, and construction sites where people gather must strictly implement health codes and schedules During the card inspection work, it is found that the health code “red code”, “yellow code” and the travel history of the key epidemic areas with the itinerary cassette* should be immediately controlled and reported to the territorial headquarters.
8. Advocate to reduce travel during the Qingming Festival, do not travel unless it is necessary, and leave the state when it is not necessary. Those who really need to travel, consult the local epidemic prevention policy at the destination before traveling, do personal protection, and wear a mask throughout the journey. When returning to Chu, report to the village (community) and unit as soon as possible, and cooperate with the implementation of territorial prevention and control measures.
9. The general public is requested to strengthen personal protection and advocate a healthy lifestyle, especially when taking public transportation, entering crowded or poorly ventilated places, and visiting hospitals to wear masks in a scientific and standardized manner. Follow the hygiene habits of wearing a mask, using public chopsticks (public spoons), washing hands frequently, ventilating regularly, and maintaining a safe social distance. Persons with symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), nasal congestion, runny nose, myalgia, diarrhea, etc., should go to the fever clinic of a medical institution in time for treatment, and truthfully inform their personal travel and residence history, fever history and other symptoms. Contact history; during the treatment process, take personal protection throughout the process and avoid taking public transportation.
10. Vaccination against COVID-19 is the most effective way to prevent infection and reduce the severe and mortality rate after infection. Qualified people are requested to actively, early and take the initiative to complete the whole process of vaccination and booster vaccination of the new coronavirus vaccine, and jointly build a herd immunity barrier.
The above requirements will be implemented from the date of release, and will be dynamically adjusted according to the situation of epidemic prevention and control.
