The fourth step of nourishing the liver: a reasonable diet. Aflatoxin can induce liver cancer. Moldy rice, peanuts and melon seeds may contain more aflatoxin. Do not eat such foods. In addition, it is necessary to eat a reasonable diet, picky eaters, eat less, and fatty liver can not escape. Carrots, garlic, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, fungus, shepherd’s purse, mushrooms, lily and other vegetables are rich in nutrients and can nourish the liver. The fifth step of nourishing the liver: Peace of mind. In modern society, there is a lot of competition pressure, and people are prone to pessimism, anger, anxiety, and depression. These negative emotions are very harmful to the liver.
