As the recuperation time gets longer and longer, the knees not only fail to take care of them, but become more and more “fragile”: I usually walk for a while, and my legs are too tired.

At this rate, let alone re-exercise, daily activities may become problematic. So, I went to the hospital again. As long as I can get better soon, I will accept the operation. But the doctor checked my condition and only warned me to go back to recuperate and not move.

After nearly two years, I searched a lot of relevant information on the Internet, and slowly began to understand physical rehabilitation, and I also paid attention to a special rehabilitation facility. However, due to various reasons, he did not come over immediately for rehabilitation.

Unexpectedly, at the age of 21, the condition of the left leg began to deteriorate! Once I came home from get off work, and when I was walking halfway, my left leg suddenly became sore and weak, and I couldn’t lift it. It took me ten minutes to stand in the same place before I recovered. It was a bit scary…

After that I definitely felt my knees getting worse and I couldn’t even stand while waiting for the subway and had to find a place to sit.

It was then that I realized that the situation would only get worse if I waited, so I decided to come for rehabilitation.

Third, I can dance and climb mountains again
