On April 4, the reporter learned from Jinan Public Transport that in order to further strengthen the traceability of the epidemic and ensure the health and safety of citizens traveling , Passengers holding physical ordinary IC cards, green travel cards, spring and autumn cards, and transportation combined cards (including Quanchengtong card, 70th anniversary commemorative card, provincial capital metropolitan area card, special-shaped card, mobile phone NFC transportation card, etc.) Registered and unregistered travel cards will not be able to recharge from April 6th.
At present, there are four ways to register Jinan bus travel card information:
1. Use Jinan bus “369 Travel” APP to register.
Open the “369 Travel” APP, click on the [Registration of Public Transport Card Epidemic Prevention Information] page, enter your name, mobile phone number, ID number and bus card number in turn, and click [Register Now].
Users who have not installed the “369 Travel” APP can search for “369 Travel” in the app market of their mobile phones to download, or they can identify the QR code below to download.
2. Use the “Bus 369 Travel” WeChat applet to register.
Search for “Bus 369 Travel” in WeChat or scan the QR code of the “Bus 369 Travel” WeChat applet at the bus stop, enter the “Bus 369 Travel” applet, and click “Epidemic Prevention Registration” for information register.
3. Passengers can register information by dialing Jinan bus customer service hotline 96190. Jinan bus 96190 customer service hotline staff will also take the initiative to contact passengers to register the card information. In addition, Jinan Bus will also send a text message reminder for the registration of the bus card information to passengers, and passengers are requested to cooperate.
4. Passengers can bring their ID cards to the electronic ticket sales outlets affiliated to Jinan Bus to register their travel card information.
Epidemic prevention and control is everyone’s responsibility. Jinan Public Transport reminds the general public passengers, please complete the information registration of the bus card as soon as possible, so as not to affect the normal use.
