The report shows that 57.8% of creators are in the normal range, 20% are underweight, and 22.2% are overweight. Lack of exercise and irregular diet are the main reasons why creators are overweight. However, the creators in the survey generally have a high health awareness. When choosing a weight loss method, they prefer exercise and dieting, accounting for 62.2% and 62.8% respectively.
