Tablets
The dose of 250 mg twice daily is usually sufficient for patients with uncomplicated urinary tract infections; the recommended dose for patients with pyelonephritis is 250 mg twice daily .
To treat acute gonococcal urethritis in adults, the recommended dose is a single oral dose of 1g[2-3].
Capsules
Twice-daily doses of 0.25 g are usually sufficient for patients with uncomplicated urinary tract infections; for pyelonephritis, the recommended dose is twice-daily doses 0.25g.
The recommended dose for the treatment of uncomplicated gonorrhea in adults is a single oral dose of 1 g [4].
Injection
This product can be injected intramuscularly or intravenously. 1.5-3g daily.
Intramuscular injection: Dissolve each 0.25g with 1.0mL of sterile water for injection, shake slowly to obtain a suspension, and then inject into deep muscle. Prior to intramuscular injection, blood free must be withdrawn. Add this product to 3mL of water for injection, shake gently to make an opaque suspension.
Intravenous injection: About 1.5 g is dissolved in 15.0 mL of sterile water for injection, shaken well and then slowly injected intravenously, or it can be added to an intravenous infusion tube for instillation[ 5]. Dissolve 0.25g with at least 2.0mL of sterile water for injection, shake well and then slowly inject it intravenously, or add it to an intravenous infusion tube for instillation.
Dissolve this product in water for injection, add at least 6mL of water for injection, and for short-term intravenous injection (for example, up to 30 minutes), dissolve 1.5g of this product in 50mL of water for injection , the prepared solution can be directly used for intravenous injection; if the patient is receiving infusion therapy, the solution prepared by this product should be added to the infusion tube.

Suspension
Oral, this product can be taken orally directly, or add 10-15mL warm boiled water to each sachet and mix well before taking.
