From 0 to 24:00 on May 2, 2 new local confirmed cases in Henan Province (2 in Zhengzhou City) and new local asymptomatic infection 4 cases (3 cases in Zhoukou City, 1 case in Shangqiu City), and no new local suspected cases. There are no new imported confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections and suspected cases. 5 local confirmed cases were cured and discharged, and 11 asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation (8 local cases and 3 imported cases).
From January 21, 2020 to 24:00 on May 2, 2022, Henan Province has reported a total of 2,909 confirmed cases (2,698 local and 211 imported), and 36 hospitalized cases (local). 34 cases, 2 cases imported from abroad), 141 cases of asymptomatic infections still under medical observation (131 cases in China, 10 cases imported from abroad). A total of 91,080 close contacts have been traced, and 11,055 close contacts are being observed.
