Heilongjiang Provincial Health and Health Commission reported on the 17th that from 0:00 to 24:00 on March 16, 16 new local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia were added in Heilongjiang Province (all in Harbin City, including 7 in Daowai District, 6 in Daoli District, 3 cases in Wuchang City), and 13 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (all in Harbin City, including 6 cases in Wuchang City, 4 cases in Daowai District, and 3 cases in Daoli District), all of which were found in centralized isolation or home isolation control screening. As of 24:00 on March 16, there were 70 local confirmed cases and 88 local asymptomatic infections in Heilongjiang Province.
