Health preservation | Do anti-cold exercises to “take a detour” for colds

Spring is hot and cold, and people are prone to colds. To prevent colds, you might as well do regular anti-cold exercises.

Step 1: Wipe your face

Preliminary position: Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Facial wiping: bend the elbows, put the five fingers together, place the middle finger on the sides of the nose, up to the forehead and hairline, palms outward and downward along the hairline, until the lower jaw is restored to the sides of the nose, do 8 times Then return to the ready position. Do 2-4 eight beats each time.

The second step: rubbing the neck

Preparation posture: Same as the first step “preparation posture”.

Neck rubbing action: Bend your elbows, put your five fingers close to the sides of your neck, rub backwards and forwards along the neck, and return to the preparatory position after doing 8 times. Do 2-4 eight beats each time.

In addition, you can also prevent colds by massaging Yingxiang, Fengchi, and beating Zusanli. The above methods of preventing colds can also be used to treat colds, but Zusanli is generally used to strengthen the body, so it is mostly used to prevent colds.
