1. Overseas imported epidemics
From 0 to 24:00 on May 7, Fujian Province reported 5 new imported confirmed cases (all reported by Xiamen).
3 new cases of imported asymptomatic infections were reported on the same day (2 in Fuzhou and 1 in Xiamen).
As of 24:00 on May 7, Fujian Province has reported a total of 999 confirmed cases imported from abroad, of which 48 are currently hospitalized, and there are no deaths; there are currently 5 cases of imported asymptomatic infections that are still under medical observation in isolation .
2. Local Epidemic
From 0 to 24:00 on May 7, no new local confirmed cases were reported in Fujian Province.
No new local asymptomatic infections were reported that day; 7 cases were released from quarantine.
There are currently 10 local confirmed cases in the province, and no deaths; 17 local asymptomatic infections are still under centralized isolation and medical observation.
III. Close contacts
At present, 135,800 close contacts have been released from medical observation, and 1,461 people are still under medical observation.
