During the activity, medical student volunteers patiently measured blood pressure and blood sugar for residents, provided consultation on the correct use of medical drugs, rehabilitation and health care services, and distributed anti-epidemic and mosquito repellent kits made by volunteers using traditional Chinese medicine. It is very popular with the residents. In addition, volunteers also lead community residents to practice Baduanjin, promote traditional Chinese health preservation culture, and promote health care activities.

Dedicate youth and serve the society. Since October last year, Hainan Health Vocational College has taken the “Youth Community Action” as an opportunity to deepen cooperation with the community in Haikou City, and set up a “Healthy Little Green Coconut” volunteer service team. Model, centering on the service content of “3 medical + 3 benefits + X”, and tailor-made the “Youth into the Community” volunteer service project of “medicine” to build “benefit” community health promotion action by going deep into each community.
