This is the latest revision of the dietary guidelines for residents since the 2016 edition. Among them, salmon, as a deep-sea fish rich in high-quality protein, appeared in the dietary guidelines for the first time. Analysts believe that to a certain extent, this will improve the “protein matrix” of Chinese nutrition upgrades.
