Practical matters for Hainan in 2022:
I. HPV vaccination for school-age girls
Provide domestic 2-valent HPV vaccine for school-age girls (13 to 14 and a half years old and no HPV vaccination history) in the province, and implement the vaccination according to the principle of “informed consent, voluntary free”.
II. Screening, diagnosis and treatment of neonatal congenital heart disease

IV. Free Essential Drugs for Outpatient Treatment for Severe Mental Disorders

V. Lighting renovation of junior middle school classrooms
