The School of Medicine of Jiaotong University has launched a three-level grid management system consisting of the head of the hospital, the head of the building and the head of the floor. The plan ensures that the information is released from the top, and the information uploaded by the bottom is circulated smoothly. The network information center has refined the data of the personnel information of 3 campuses, 4 types of personnel, and 32 buildings under network management, which has played a positive role in the smooth operation of various tasks during the closed-loop period of the school.
Offices, gymnasiums, conference rooms… There are colorful “beds” everywhere to ensure that every teacher, student and employee can “lie down” to rest. The campus supermarket is open normally, and the express delivery can be collected normally after sterilization. The cafeteria carefully designs delicious meals to provide considerate services for teachers and students. In order to strengthen information release and rapid response, the school has also set up a 24-hour medical and epidemic prevention hotline to respond to the demands and concerns of teachers, students and staff in a timely manner.
Multi-platforms such as Chaoxing, Xunfei, Jiaoyizhi Classroom, and Tencent Conference opened the curtain of live teaching. A total of 250 theoretical courses were held on the whole antenna, and 2245 people participated in the day. Online teaching, the number of online teachers is 204.
