The self-reported that from April 19th to 20th, he and the infected person 139 participated in a tour group for the elderly in the suburbs of Beijing. On April 22, as a close contact of infected person 139, a nucleic acid test was carried out, and the reported result was positive, and he was transferred to a designated hospital. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on the same day. The clinical classification was mild.
Infected Person 143: Currently living in Building 42, Songyu Dongli, Panjiayuan Street, Chaoyang District, a student at school. The self-reported that the nucleic acid test result on April 17 was negative. On April 21, due to the need to participate in extracurricular classes, he went to the nucleic acid testing point for nucleic acid testing. On April 22, the result was positive, and he was transferred to the designated hospital. According to the results of manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, a confirmed case was diagnosed on the same day, and the clinical classification was mild.
