Under the premise of not relaxing the epidemic prevention and control, various types of diagnosis and treatment services in municipal hospitals are gradually and orderly being restored, including outpatient services including specialized disease outpatient clinics, specialist outpatient clinics, and special needs outpatient clinics. “Open as much as possible”, emergency services are available 24 hours a day, and elective surgeries are gradually recovering.
In order to make it easier for citizens to see a doctor, municipal hospitals have taken multiple measures to increase outpatient service hours through “continuous noon” and “delay in the evening”. At the same time, some hospitals have also opened outpatient clinics on weekends . The “Sunday Online (Internet Hospital) Free Clinic” campaign launched on May 22 will continue until the end of June, with all municipal hospitals participating.
Municipal hospitals have also expanded their online service functions according to local conditions. Under the premise of ensuring medical safety, combined with the characteristics of specialties, they have actively explored “Internet +” medical services, such as “Internet + home hemodialysis treatment.” ”, through the remote interaction between doctors, specialist nurses and patients, to carry out non-contact home hemodialysis treatment for hemodialysis patients.
