The Feixi Campus Project of Anhui Chest Hospital is undergoing pre-approval announcement for planning permission, with a total construction area of more than 420,000 square meters. After completion in the future, it is expected to build a national regional medical center for respiratory diseases in Hefei.
The project is located on the northwest side of the intersection of Penglai Road and Shenzhen Road, adjacent to Miaodaoshan Road (Yicheng Road) to the west, Xiapaihe Road (Xincang Road) to the north, and urban public green space to the east. The overall planned land area is 176,627.5 square meters, the total construction area is 428,050 square meters, and 4,500 motor vehicle spaces are planned to be provided.
The Feixi Branch of Anhui Chest Hospital is planned to have a total investment of about 1.9 billion yuan and 1,480 new beds. After construction, it will be built into Anhui Provincial Chest Clinical Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center, Anhui Provincial Tuberculosis Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Center, The National Regional Medical Center for Respiratory Diseases and the Anhui Branch of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital are planned to be constructed in two phases.
Anhui Chest Hospital is a provincial-level specialized hospital with chest, respiratory tract and other related diseases as its development direction, and it is also a key specialized hospital built with all efforts during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period of the province. The construction of Feixi campus will greatly improve the environment and supporting facilities of the campus, move towards a first-class high-level specialized hospital in China, and benefit more patients.
