In the medical beauty clinic, law enforcement officers of the Jiajiang County Market Supervision Bureau found in the refrigerator of the treatment room that there were beauty products with the words “BOTULINUM TOXIN TYPEA” in foreign languages5 Box, the outer package contains 1 box of the product marked as “BOTOX® 100UNITE” in foreign language (the product in the box has been used).

According to the introduction of law enforcement officers, the above products are botulinum toxin type A for injection, water light needle, small brown bottle for removing black, hyaluronic acid + poly-activating lotion, sterile There are no domestic drug or medical device registration numbers for injection needles, nor can they provide relevant purchase invoices and relevant qualification materials to law enforcement officers.
After investigation, the parties’ behavior is suspected of violating the relevant provisions of the Drug Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices, and is suspected of using unregistered drugs and medical devices.
